Terms and Conditions

1. Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders, deliveries, and services concluded through the Saluvivo Shop between saluvivo GmbH and its customers.

2. Products

The Saluvivo Shop offers food supplements, protein products, protein-enriched foods, products for supplementary nutrition, as well as other health and lifestyle products. The products are intended exclusively for supplementary nutrition and do not replace a balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle.

3. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the shop does not constitute a binding offer. The contract is concluded with the order confirmation or, at the latest, with the dispatch of the goods. Saluvivo GmbH reserves the right to refuse orders without stating reasons.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF) including statutory value-added tax, where applicable. Shipping costs are shown separately during the order process.

5. Warranty

The statutory provisions of Swiss law apply. Obvious defects must be reported in writing immediately upon receipt of the goods.

6. Liability

The liability of saluvivo GmbH is, to the extent permitted by law, limited to intent and gross negligence. Liability for indirect damages, consequential damages, or loss of profit is excluded.

7. Retention of Title

The goods remain the property of saluvivo GmbH until full payment.

8. Data Protection

The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the currently valid privacy policy.

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Swiss law applies exclusively. The place of jurisdiction is Zurich, unless there is a mandatory statutory place of jurisdiction.
