Shipping & Returns

1. Delivery Area

Delivery is exclusively within Switzerland.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

Shipping is handled by Swiss Post. The stated delivery times are non-binding guidelines.

3. Shipping Costs

The applicable shipping costs will be displayed during the ordering process.

4. Transfer of Risk

The benefits and risks transfer to the customer upon handover of the goods to the commissioned transport company.

5. Returns and Exchanges

There is generally no right of return or exchange for food, food supplements, protein products, protein-enriched foods, and products with health or hygiene characteristics.

6. Opened Products

Opened, used, damaged, or no longer originally sealed products are excluded from return.

7. Incorrect Deliveries and Transit Damage

Products delivered incorrectly or damaged during transit must be reported in writing within five calendar days of receipt.

8. Quality Defects

Complaints due to quality defects must be reported in writing immediately upon discovery.

9. Returns and Refunds

Returns may only be made with the prior consent of saluvivo GmbH. Approved refunds will be made to the original payment method used.
