Adozan Protein100 can be stirred into warm and cold dishes and is heat-stable up to 75 °C. For cooked dishes, it is recommended to add the powder only after cooling to about 75 °C to maintain optimal product quality.
The product is also freezable. Freezing does not affect the nutritional values.
